Brush Party Christmas!

Private Events

Fab for groups, our private events are the answer to your entertaining prayers!  We work with you to plan the perfect evening, then on the day all you have to do is relax and enjoy the evening.

Our minimum charge for private events is £580 + 20% VAT (£696) which will cover up to 30 people. All numbers over 30 are charged at £20.00 +vat per head. This, at capacity of 40 (venue dependent) makes it a substantial saving on our public price of £29.00 per head.

St Piran’s School private event

A £100 deposit is required to book your party. Once the deposit is processed, we will add it to our private events list, and your guests can start registering. Your deposit will applied to the cost of the party, with the full balance being payable 48 hrs before. Please do note that even if the number of painters on the day are less than expected, the full amount must still be charged.

We realise that for smaller parties, this may not be cost effective. If your party is smaller than 25 people, we suggest block booking at your nearest public event… we can book you a number of tickets and reserve seating so that you are all sitting together. If you book 5 or more tickets, we can offer you 10% discount!


Corporate Events

The thought of a corporate day can strike fear into the heart of even the most dedicated of employees, but we are here to change all that. Call us to arrange a corporate day that’s not only enjoyable, but fun, relaxing and sociable too!

Our events combine conversation, drinks, creativity and some great music. A perfect environment for your employees to set about creating their masterpiece.

Our corporate events team will make it easy! We can come to your office or help you find the perfect venue. Our standard package does not include food or drinks, but if this is something you would like us to handle, we are happy to discuss pricing options with you.

Your deposit will be applied to the cost of the party, with the full balance being payable no later than 48 hrs before. Please do note that even if the number of painters on the day are less than expected, the full amount must still be charged.


Fundraising events

Discover a new and profitable way of fundraising… If you are bored of cake sales, school discos and quiz nights, the time has come to try something new… a Brush Party is the answer to your Fundraising dreams!

On the day, we run the event from start to finish – we even clear up so it leaves you to enjoy your evening 🙂

Our minimum charge for fundraising events is £500 + VAT (£600.00 inc VAT) which will cover up to 30 people. This at capacity of 30 works out at £20.00 per head… we advise that you sell at our standard ticket rate of £29.00 which will make £9.00 per ticket for your cause. Most of our fundraising events sell raffle tickets and drinks/snacks to increase the revenue on the night.

As standard, we will add your event to our website and your contact details so people can book. We are happy to help you market the event and will discuss these extra costs with you if required.

If you book 10 or more tickets, we can offer fundraisers a 20% discount.

Family parties and Children’s parties

Our new Children’s Brush Parties are now available to book on Saturdays and Sundays at your nominated venue. The parties last approximately 1.5hrs and there is a choice of paintings available. (recommended for ages 8 to about 13, but we are flexible)

Fun for all the family

A Children’s Brush party costs £270 inc VAT for up to a maximum of 15 children. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking in order to guarantee your chosen date. We can accommodate additional painters at a reduced cost if the venue space allows (up to 5 extra). The balance is for additional painters is due the day of your party.

Price includes all painting supplies and guided instruction. Each child will take home a 16 x 12” painting.

We use acrylic paints which are notoriously difficult to remove once the paint has dried. Aprons are provided but accidents happen. We strongly advise parents to have children dress accordingly as we cannot be held responsible for any paint spills or marks on clothing.

Food and beverages are not included.

We allow approximately 1.5 hours of painting time and scale the complexity of our paintings to match the abilities and attention span of younger children. Please arrange for your guests arrive about 10 minutes early so that we can begin and end on time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and therefore will endeavor to work with you to reschedule the party. If rescheduling is not an option, the following policy applies:

Cancellation 14 days or more prior to your event, a full refund of deposit will be issued.

Cancellation 8 – 13 days prior to your event, we will refund 75% of your deposit.

Cancellation 7 – 5 days prior to your event, we will refund 50% of your deposit.
