What Does a Workshop Assistant Do?

As a Workshop Assistant, you’ll help prepare and set up for events, support the instructor during painting sessions, and assist guests throughout the evening. This role calls for a positive, helpful attitude and a genuine love of art and creativity would be a bonus. You’ll start each event from our Aylesbury HQ, using one of our fleet of Brush Party vans, and should be willing to travel, as some events may involve driving for an hour or more each way.

It’s a great opportunity to be part of fun, energetic events and contribute to a creative atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy themselves.

Requirements

  • Live within easy reach of our Aylesbury HQ (other roles are nationwide)
  • Enthusiastic about art and creativity
  • Able to drive our vans for an hour or more each way when required
  • Happy to help with event preparation and organisation
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying event equipment between van and venue
  • Friendly and helpful with guests
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends

Experience in customer service or events is a bonus, but not essential!
