Venue-Based Events

It doesn’t matter if your guests haven’t picked up a paintbrush since school - our talented artist will guide you step-by-step as you bring your masterpieces to life. You’ll be amazed to see your blank canvases transformed in just a few hours, all while enjoying great company, fab music and perhaps a glass of wine or two!

Pricing

Our private event packages start with a minimum charge of £515 + 20% VAT, which covers up to 15 participants.

• 16 to 20 attendees: £580 + VAT
• 21 to 25 attendees: £625 + VAT
• 26 to 30 attendees: £680 + VAT
• 31+ attendees: £23 + VAT per additional participant
  

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of £150. Once your deposit has been processed, we’ll add your event to our private schedule. You can then choose a painting from our library, and invite your guests. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the event, with the full balance becoming payable seven days before the event.

Please note: even if fewer participants attend on the day, the full amount will still be charged.

Availability: Some services may not be available in the Bristol/Gloucester area. The rates listed apply to events hosted Monday to Friday in this region.

For smaller groups of fewer than 15 participants, a private event may not be the most cost-effective option. Instead, we recommend booking seats at one of our public events. We can arrange block bookings, reserve seating so your group sits together, and offer a 10% discount if you book five or more tickets.

Cancellation Policy for Private Events

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do our best to find a suitable alternative date. However, if rescheduling is not possible, the deposit is non-refundable.
