What to Expect

On the day of your event, we’ll handle everything from start to finish - including the clean-up - so you can relax and enjoy the occasion.

It doesn’t matter if your guests haven’t picked up a paintbrush since school - our skilled artist will guide your guests step-by-step through the creation of their own masterpiece. In just two to three hours, they’ll transform a blank canvas into something amazing - all while enjoying music and perhaps a glass of wine or two!

Pricing and Fundraising Potential

• Minimum charge: £600 + VAT (£720 inc VAT), covering up to 32 participants.
• Cost per head: £22.50 based on 32 attendees.
• Suggested ticket price: £33.00, allowing you to raise £10.50 per ticket for your cause.

To boost  fundraising efforts further, many events also include raffles, drinks, or snacks on the night.

Booking Information

A non-refundable deposit of £150  +VAT is required to secure your event. Once processed, your booking is confirmed, and you can choose your painting. Guests will then register with you directly. The deposit will be applied to the total cost, with the full balance due seven days before the event.

Important Note: The full charge applies even if fewer participants attend, so we recommend collecting full payment from your guests in advance.

As part of your package, we can list your event on our website with your contact details to facilitate ticket sales. For an additional fee, we can also assist with advertising, marketing, registrations, payment processing, and administration.

For smaller groups of fewer than 30 people, a private fundraising event may not be cost-effective. In this case, we recommend block booking tickets at a public Brush Party event. We can reserve seats so your group sits together and offer a 20% discount on bookings of 10 or more tickets.

Cancellation Policy for Fundraising Events

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate an alternative date. However, if rescheduling is not possible, the deposit is non-refundable.
