If you’re passionate about art, enjoy teaching, and like working with groups of people, becoming a Brush Party instructor could be a great opportunity for you. Our acrylic paint and sip workshops are lively, sociable, and genuinely fun, and we’re always keen to work with talented artists to help deliver head office–run events that feel more like a party than a class.

What Does a Brush Party Instructor Do?

As an instructor, you'll be leading Paint & Sip events for people of all skill levels. No previous teaching experience is required, but you should be confident, friendly, and able to guide participants through a painting session with enthusiasm and encouragement.

You'll be trained by our experienced team, and supported throughout your time with Brush Party.

This is a flexible freelance role that allows you to work around your own schedule, with most events taking place within around an hour of our head office in Aylesbury.

Requirements

Confidence in public speaking and interacting with groups
Strong artistic skills (painting experience required)
A passion for teaching and sharing creativity
Ability to travel to event venues
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
